coffee and bee-sting cakes
Over 3,000 2nd rate graduate students thought of Jim Morrison's "weird scenes inside the gold mine" when they first learned of Plato's cave.
They all have jobs working for NPR now.
I do a show on www.killradio.org from 21:00-22:30 PST on Thursdays.
Tonite's grist will flower.

alphamaiden
If mosquitos have lately been singing their good luck into your skin, i've got something for that...a little bad smile.
The Unwrinkeld ear radio program will feature an alphamaiden guest in the studio tonite, and we'll play music by:
Eddie Gale
the Eple Trio,
and I'd like to play the song "Lame Cafe" by The Unawares for your human pleasure.
The show will be broadcast live on the internet at www.killradio.org from 21:00-22:30 Pacific Coast time, and then a couple days later it will be archived on www.radio4all.net
As one of last week's listeners called up and asked me:
"What the fuck wormhole did you get snorted inside?"

reverse vixen burst
While compartmentalization seems to be the order of
the day as far as surviving modern life is concerned,
the artistry of Mike Cooper makes a case for
deslotting such harsh zoning.
With formidable creativity, this guitarist pursues
field recordings, improvisation, electronics, country
and Hawaiian music.
We're going to hear a bunch of it on
www.killradio.org from 21:00-22:30 PST Thursday
We're also going to bathe in the windy grit of
saxophonist Martin Kuchen's new solo record on Sillon
and the new Potlatch sax
quartet "Propagations" featuring Marc Baron/ Bertrand
Denzler/ Jean-Luc Guionnet and Stephane Rives.
If you can figure out how to photograph an active
throat tickle (cough itch), email us back and you can
win/ absorb a free download.

Haden in the studio
The Unwrinkled Ear returns tonite with bassist Josh Haden live in the studio.
He'll play a bit, talk about the revival of his band Spain, spin some records and unwrinkle all the while.
We've been away working on other things for three weeks, so please put your ribs back on the heat and tune in to www.killradio.org from 9:00-10:30 PST Thursday
I can already smell the lumps.
