Have you listened to The Chill Room lately?
Let's face it, the only reason you'd listen to the radio or the
internet for music is to hear dj's who have made mixing an art form --
and who play things that drive you crazy and make you wanna change the
world.
Well, that's The Chill Room. Dj Bennett does things with radio that you've never heard before. And he plays music you've only dreamed about. The collages are better, more dangerous, more psychedelic, more psychological, more nuanced than ever.
Recent specials have been devoted to Mark E Smith and The Fall, rare Dylan Basement Tapes material, Nurse With Wound live. Upcoming specials include all Sun Ra and all Merzbow shows.
